What is your warranty on new sprinkler system installations?
Our Sprinkler Installation has a 2-year full warranty on parts & labor. The first fall blow out and the next spring turn-on is free(first calendar year). In order to maintain the warranty, it is required that we do your sprinkler turn on and blowout. If any of the services are skipped, the warranty will be void.
Do I need to call 811 to locate my underground utilities?
We are not responsible for any unmarked private utilities such as light poles, power to a garage/ shop, and any other utilities not marked by 811. We are responsible for calling 811 and not damaging any marked utilities. We are not responsible for utilities we damage if we are notified after 5 days following completion.
How bad will my lawn be damaged from the sprinkler install?
We will take special care during your install to avoid as much damage as possible, however, we are not responsible for any damage to the lawn, including but not limited to reseeding, installing new sod, etc. The condition of your lawn prior to the install also may effect its ability to recover, and the amount of damage caused by the install. However, most lawns should return to their normal state within 4-6 weeks after the completion of the installation.
