I was surprised that just when all of the sprinkler companies in town were shutting down repairs and only booking system blow outs for Fall, that American Sprinkler still had a guy available to do a repair! It wasn't a repair as much as I re-dug up a section that had been repaired this Summer for a root pinch, and decided that it really needed to be moved and re-graded before I shut everything down for winter. (mine is a no-blowout system we drain ourselves) That repair took three months to book due to seasonal high demand so waiting until Spring to book this revision would also likely be nigh on impossible. Chuck showed up on time and listened carefully to what I wanted and why. He assured me that it was doable and rerouted the supply lines and the electrical into a new trench before testing and backfilling everything. I'm re-grading the area and draining the system this weekend relieved that come Spring we'll be up and running instead of waiting for maintenance work. Thanks Chuck and American Sprinkler and Landscaping, you saved the day!

I had been making phone calls, getting ghosted, and chasing sprinkler repairs for weeks. We own properties remotely, and thus need someone trustworthy and responsive to get out and fix things quickly. Cory has been both of those things, and has made the process easy, and at what I consider a fair value. We will absolutely continue to use them for our needs.
